Saute onions, garlic, pepper and ground beef.
Cook and stir often, mashing meat until it crumbles and browns.
Add tomatoes, ketchup, tomato sauce and all spices and seasonings.
Cook on medium slow in deep saucepan.
Add mushrooms when three-fourths done.
Add cheeses when done.
Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
