Spaghetti Meat Sauce
Spaghetti Meat Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, lean, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, diced, 1/4 c. green pepper, diced and 1 clove garlic, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown and drain fat.
Add to meat onion, celery, green pepper and garlic.
Saute until transparent.
Then add salt, pepper, oregano, chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce and parsley.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve hot over cooked spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
Yields 6 servings.
