Spaghetti Factory Spaghetti Mizithra is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spaghetti, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 lb. dry ricotta cheese, kasari or caciocavallo, grated, 1/4 lb. romano cheese, grated and 1/4 c. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook spaghetti until tender, but firm to bite.
Drain.
Melt butter in large skillet until butter turns brown in color. Meanwhile, combine cheeses.
Place spaghetti on platter.
Sprinkle with mixed cheeses, then drizzle with browned butter.
Sprinkle with parsley.
