Spaghetti Chop Suey
Spaghetti Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. spaghetti, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 green pepper, chopped, 2 onions, chopped and 1/2 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
Melt butter in a frying pan and add green pepper, onions and celery.
Cook slowly for 15 minutes.
Stir a few times; add tomatoes, salt, sugar and pepper.
Continue cooking until slightly thick; add drained spaghetti and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Cook steak until crumbly and slightly brown.
Spread on top of spaghetti mixture.
