Spaghetti-Chicken Casserole
Spaghetti-Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti, 1 onion, cut fine, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook spaghetti, drain and put in casserole dish.
Saute onion in oil until tender, but not brown.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and red pepper and heat to boiling.
Add chicken and mushrooms, then pour over spaghetti.
Toss with a fork.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.
Serves 6 to 8.
