Spaghetti Angelica(Main Dish)
Spaghetti Angelica(Main Dish) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. mozzarella cheese, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained, 1 c. cottage cheese, 6 oz. dry spaghetti and butter salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook spaghetti per directions on box.
Cube cheese and grate in blender.
Add liquid drained from mushrooms and cottage cheese to grated cheese in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in mushrooms, butter salt, black pepper, parsley and nutmeg to taste.
Do not blend.
Add sauce to cooked spaghetti.
Toss until coated.
Serve immediately.
