Spaghetti
Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional), 1 egg and 3 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix thoroughly first 8 ingredients.
Shape into balls.
Fry in melted butter (open pan); turn over with care.
Remove from pan. Add 1 large can of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook spaghetti in salted, boiling water 12 minutes.
Drain.
Add meat balls to spaghetti sauce and pour over spaghetti.
Good reheated.
