Blend or stir all ingredients until smooth.
Cook in an uncovered dish at 350Β° for 50 minutes (stir after 20 minutes).
Soy starter will keep in refrigerator for a few days or may be frozen. Freeze in 1/2 or 1-cup proportion in plastic freezer bags.
May be used for making soy milk, mayonnaise, yogurt, etc.
