Soy Sauce
Soy Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oil, 1 1/2 c. minute rice, soy sauce to taste, green pepper, mushrooms and scallions to taste and 1 can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put oil in a large pan or wok.
Saute scallions, green pepper and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Add rice (uncooked).
Sprinkle soy sauce over rice mixture until rice is golden brown.
Add 1 can chicken broth.
Cover; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
