Southwestern Rice with Beef
Southwestern Rice With Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lipton golden sauce rice mix (beef flavor), 2 1/4 c. water, 2 c. cut up cooked beef or ground beef, 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In medium saucepan, combine rice with water; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
Stir in beef, corn and green chiles; heat through. Evenly spread 1/2 cup rice mixture onto each tortilla, then roll and place on serving plate.
Makes 8 tortillas.
