Southwestern Dip
Southwestern Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 1 (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. salsa and 1 loaf pumpernickel bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together cream cheese and sour cream.
Stir in Cheddar and salsa.
Slice off top of bread.
Pick out inside of bread into bite size pieces.
Fill with cheese mixture.
Replace top.
Wrap in foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with reserved bread, crackers or tortilla chips.
