Southwestern Chicken Salad
Southwestern Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 16 oz. boneless chicken, 8 oz. salsa, 1 can black beans, rinsed well, 1 can whole kernel corn, rinsed and 1 to 3 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix chicken, salsa, black beans, and corn.
Add chili powder and black pepper.
