Southwest Stew
Southwest Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. hamburger, 3 to 5 onions, chopped, 1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, 1 can pinto or kidney beans, drained and rinsed and 1 (17 oz.) c. whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat and onions. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer 20 minutes.
