Southern Pecan Pie
Southern Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch unbaked pie shell, 4 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Refrigerate prepared pie shell.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In bowl, beat eggs well.
Add sugar, syrup, flour, salt and vanilla. Combine well.
Stir in butter and nuts.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 60 minutes or until filling is set in center.
May cover crimped pie crust edges with foil so edges don't overcook.
