Southern Grits Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. breakfast sausage, 1 c. or more velveeta, 1 c. grits and 5 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fry sausage and crumble.
Drain and set aside.
Cut Velveeta into small chunks.
Slowly stir grits into briskly boiling water. When mixture thickens, stir in sausage and cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Serve at once.
Good as supper dish with vegetable, salad and bread.
