Southern Corn Bread
Southern Corn Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white lily self-rising corn meal, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1 large egg, lightly beaten and 1 or 2 tbsp. sugar (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat well greased 10-inch iron skillet in a 425Β° oven. Blend all ingredients, stirring until moistened.
Pour into preheated skillet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
When done remove from oven and let sit for about 10 minutes, then remove from skillet and serve.
