Southern Bread Pudding
Southern Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 1 c. raisins (optional) and 4 c. biscuit crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix milk, eggs and vanilla together in a saucepan.
Place over heat until hot, but do not boil.
Line baking dish with biscuit crumbs mixed with melted butter.
Pour mixture over biscuit crumbs.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place baking dish on a pan of hot water in a 350Β° oven.
Bake for 45 minutes.
