South-Of-The-Border Pockets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips, 1 onion, thinly sliced, 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips, 1/2 c. medium taco sauce and 1/2 c. black beans, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add chicken; cook for 5 minutes.
