South Of The Border Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs and 1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except salsa; blend well. Form into 1-inch balls.
In large skillet, brown meatballs on all sides; drain fat.
Add salsa to skillet.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
