South Of The Border is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 11 oz. corn chips, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 cans kidney beans with liquid (15 1/2 oz.), 6 oz. sliced pitted black olives, drained and 20 oz. vegetarian burger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Line bottom of a 5-quart casserole with half the corn chips. Layer the remaining ingredients in the following order: onion, kidney beans, olives, burger and remaining chips.
In a small mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix.
Pour the sauce over the top of the layered mixture.
Put cheese on top. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
