Sourdough Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. soda, 1/2 c. shortening and 1/2 c. sourdough starter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift flour, salt and soda into bowl.
With 2 knives or pastry blender, cut in shortening.
Stir in sourdough starter with a fork; mix gently until dough sticks together and cleans sides of bowl.
Turn out onto floured pastry cloth and roll out lightly. Makes enough for a 2-crust pie or 2 pastry shells.
