Sourdough Bread
Sourdough Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. lukewarm potato water (1/2 c. flakes), 1 pkg. yeast, 2 c. bread flour and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix well and place dough in a large greased bowl.
Cover with a towel.
Let stand overnight.
In the morning, punch down and divide into 3 loaves.
Knead each loaf 12 times.
Put into greased loaf pans.
Let rise 4 to 6 hours.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Brush with melted butter while hot, if desired.
