Sourdough Biscuits
Sourdough Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1 c. warm water, 3/4 c. oil, 4 c. buttermilk (room temperature) and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add sugar, oil and room temperature buttermilk.
Stir together well (be sure oil is well blended when adding flour).
Add 4 cups flour and mix well.
Then add 5 cups flour (more if needed), salt, baking powder and soda; mix well.
Dough is ready to bake.
Seal mixture in an airtight container and refrigerate!
