Sourdough Beef Dip
Sourdough Beef Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream, 14 oz. pkg. chipped beef, chopped, 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion and dash of worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix well all ingredients (blender) except bread.
Slice top off bread round and hollow out carefully, making sure there are no weak places in bread shell. Fill bread shell with beef mixture and put top back on.
Wrap in foil and bake at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Use soft bread from interior of loaf (plus more if needed) to dip in hot mixture.
