Sour Cream Sugar Cookies
Sour Cream Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 4 1/2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Sift together dry ingredients; add alternately with sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
Dough will be stiff.
Drop dough by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Dip bottom of a glass in water, then sugar.
Press each cookie to flatten.
Bake 8 minutes at 425Β°.
Makes 6 dozen.
