Sour Cream Raisin Pie
Sour Cream Raisin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 1 c. sugar, 2 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cover raisins with water and cook 5 minutes. Drain.
Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add to raisins, along with sour cream, egg yolks (that have been beaten good) and oleo. Cook very slowly, stirring, until mixture thickens.
Add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown.
