Sour Cream Pound Cake
Sour Cream Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 3 c. sugar, 6 eggs, separated, 3 c. plain flour and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter sugar for at least 10 minutes.
Beat in egg yolks, a time.
Beat in flour and soda (which have been mixed) alternately with sour cream.
Stir in vanilla and lemon extract.
In beaten egg whites.
Pour into well-greased and lightly floured Bundt or tube pan.
Bake in preheated 300Β° oven
1/2 hours for tube pan and 1 hour and 45 minutes for Bundt. (Bundt will rise above edge of pan and form thick crust if pan has been heavily greased.)
