Cream the butter, sugar and sour cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Add flour and baking soda which have been sifted together.
Add flavoring.
Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan in 325Β° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done in center.
