Sour Cream Potatoes
Sour Cream Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium potatoes, 8 oz. sour cream, 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onions, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dice and cook potatoes until tender. Drain.
In saucepan, combine sour cream, onions, soup and margarine.
Stir constantly over low heat until margarine melts.
Add 8 ounces of cheese to this mixture.
Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour the combined ingredients over potatoes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
