Sour Cream Potatoes
Sour Cream Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium potatoes, 8 oz. sour cream, 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onions, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dice and cook potatoes until tender. Drain.
In saucepan, combine sour cream, onions, soup and margarine.
Stir constantly over low heat until margarine melts.
Add 8 ounces of cheese to this mixture.
Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour the combined ingredients over potatoes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
