Sour Cream Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 qt. roasted pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, sour cream and vanilla in a large pot.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Boil 3 minutes, stirring often.
Pour in roasted pecans.
Stir until liquid is absorbed.
Pour onto waxed paper; separate so pecans will dry without sticking together.
Allow to dry.
Store in airtight container.
