Sour Cream Meat Casserole
Sour Cream Meat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 c. tomato sauce and 1 lb. hamburger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix the sour cream, cream cheese and onion; set aside.
Brown the meat, salt, sugar and garlic salt.
Drain off fat.
