Sour Cream Fudge
Sour Cream Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine in saucepan and cook to soft ball stage (238Β°).
Cool to lukewarm.
Beat until mixture loses it gloss.
Then add 1/2 cup broken pecans or walnuts.
Pour into pan.
Cool and cut into pieces.
