Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can diced green chilies (ortega), 2 c. cheddar or longhorn cheese and 1/2 c. chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grate cheese; cut onions.
Put sour cream, soup, chilies and onions in saucepan and heat.
Drop tortillas in 1/2-inch oil for a few seconds.
Put tablespoon of heated mixture in center of tortillas.
Sprinkle small handful of cheese inside tortilla; roll and put seam side down in baking pan.
Pour remainder of heated mixture over tortillas.
Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
