Sour Cream Devil's Food Cake
Sour Cream Devil'S Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. butter and 2 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift flour once; measure.
Add soda and salt; sift three times.
Cream butter thoroughly; add sugar gradually and cream well.
Beat in eggs, then chocolate and about 1/4 of the flour and beat well, then sour cream and remaining flour alternating with milk in small amounts, beating after each addition.
Add vanilla. Bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes.
Makes a 3 layer cake.
