Sour Cream Cookies
Sour Cream Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 3 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat shortening; add sugar, then eggs and vanilla.
Mix well. Add baking powder and salt to flour.
Stir soda into sour cream. Alternate, adding flour and sour cream mixtures to the shortening mixture.
Bake at 350Β° on greased cookie sheet.
Remove when golden brown.
I put a muscat raisin in the center of each cookie before baking.
