Sour Cream Coffeecake
Sour Cream Coffeecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. margarine, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix 1 cup sifted flour and sour cream together.
Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
Add to first mixture.
Add the other cup of flour and mix until well blended.
Add baking powder, mixing well.
In a well-greased Bundt pan, place half of batter.
Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over batter in Bundt pan.
Pour remaining batter over mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
