Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 2 c. diced chicken, 1/2 c. diced onion, 1 doz. flour tortillas and 2 c. cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Make filling by stirring together cheese, chicken and onion. Place spoonful of filling on each tortilla.
Add a spoonful of sauce made of soup, sour cream, green chilies and salt.
Roll tortillas and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour remaining sauce on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
