Sour Cream Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 soup can water and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and bone chicken.
Cut up chicken and mix with soup, sour cream and water.
Pour into casserole dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch). Melt margarine.
Crush crackers and toss with margarine.
Cover casserole with Cheddar cheese, then with crackers.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
