Sour Cream Chicken
Sour Cream Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 chicken breasts, 16 oz. carton sour cream, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash and skin chicken.
Salt, pepper and garlic powder the chicken.
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, milk, sugar and curry. Beat well.
Marinate chicken in sour cream mixture for 2 hours. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch foil-lined baking dish.
Grease foil before placing chicken in it.
Pour marinating sauce over the top and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
