Sour Cream Chicken
Sour Cream Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1 can mushroom soup, 6 strips bacon, 3 chicken breasts, cut in half and boned and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
Wrap each piece with a strip of bacon.
Blend soup and sour cream.
Line up chicken in a large shallow, lightly buttered baking dish or pan, putting 2 or 3 slices of dried beef under each piece of chicken. Pour sour cream mixture over it.
Bake, uncovered, at 300Β° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
