Sour Cream Cake
Sour Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (sweet), 4 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. sugar plus 1/2 c. and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients (except 1/2 cup sugar) in large bowl. Combine separately 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased spring-form tube pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cinnamon mixture on top.
Follow with remaining batter, then remaining cinnamon.
Bake at 375Β° for an hour or so.
Should be moist, but not gooey.
