Sour Cream Banana Loaf
Sour Cream Banana Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas and 2 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream margarine and sugar well, then add eggs and bananas; mix well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and add to banana mixture.
Last blend in nuts.
Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tested for doneness.
Cool 20 minutes, then remove from pan.
It can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks, or in the freezer for 2 months.
Let it stand 24 hours before cutting.
