Sour Cream Banana Cake
Sour Cream Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/3 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter; gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
Add bananas and nuts.
Turn into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
When done (a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean), turn cake out of pan and cool.
Dust cake lightly with sifted confectioners sugar and serve.
