Sour Cream Banana Bread
Sour Cream Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. plain flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine and stir dry ingredients.
Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, bananas, nuts and sour cream.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix at low speed until blended.
Pour into greased (Pam works great) 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Yields 1 loaf.
