Sour Cream Banana Bars
Sour Cream Banana Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 375°.
Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine and eggs in a large bowl on low speed for 1 minute.
Beat bananas and vanilla into mixture.

Spread dough in pan.
Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
