Sour Cream Apple Pie
Sour Cream Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream, 6 tbsp. flour, divided, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add sour cream.
Stir in sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine butter, brown sugar and remaining flour.
Sprinkle over top of pie. Return to oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
