Souper Stew
Souper Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. stew meat, in 2-inch cubes, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 c. sherry (white) and 2 tsp. kitchen bouquet, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Combine all ingredients (except noodles) in Dutch oven or 3 or 4-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 3 hours adding small amount of water if mixture becomes too thick. Serve on bed of noodles.
