Souper Meat-n-Potato Pie
Souper Meat-N-Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup of the soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings.
Firmly press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate, forming a shell, and bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Spoon off any fat.
Frost with mashed potatoes and top with remaining soup and cheese.
Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
