Sopaipilla Cheesecake
Sopaipilla Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) bars cream cheese, 2 c. sugar, 2 cans crescent rolls, 1 stick butter and 1/2 c. sugar mixed with 1 tbsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
Unfold one can of crescent rolls onto bottom of pan.
Blend together the cream cheese and sugar.
Spread the mixture over the bottom layer of the crescent rolls.
Then unfold the second can of crescent rolls over the cream cheese mixture.
Melt the stick of butter and pour over the layers.
Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
